You cannot be scheduled to work until you are fully setup in Horizon software.

Horizon is the software we use to schedule officials and timers based on your individual availability as well as your location. Please setup your profile now so you can be scheduled to work at rinks near you.

Step 1
Setup Horizon Account

You will need to use the below association number when setting up your account.

Once your Horizon account is activated and approved you will receive a confirmation email that will allow you to complete STEP 3 & setup your profile setup.

**PLEASE NOTE: Your account must be approved before you are able to move to STEP 3 to setup your Horizon profile. This can take up to 2 days, but sometimes can happen the same day.

Contact an Assignor & Complete W9 Form

While you wait for your Horizon account to be accepted please contact the assignors at the rinks you wish to work to let them know when you wish to start to be scheduled to work.

  • If you need any training or if already have experience as a time-keeper

Step 3
Set Your Availability Calendar

It is VERY important that you setup your calendar availability after you have finished with your profile. Without calendar availability the system will not allow you to be scheduled for any games.

Once you have setup availability it is always good to reach back out to the assignors to let them know your available.
